These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. They do not govern your use of the MoneyGuard application or the MoneyGuard service, which are subject to separate terms provided to you when you obtain the product.

This website provides general information about Wimika, about MoneyGuard and about our approach to customer protection and fraud resolution in digital financial services. It is intended to help individuals and financial service providers understand what we do and to make contact with us.

The website does not provide accounts, transactions or payment services, and you cannot purchase any product through it.

Information on this website is provided for general information only. It is not an offer to provide insurance, not a contract of insurance, and not a promise that any particular loss will be covered or reimbursed.

Whether any loss is covered, and what any customer is entitled to, is determined solely by the applicable policy documents, product terms and the decision of the relevant insurer or claims administrator. 5. Reporting a suspected fraud incident

This website may allow you to begin an incident report or to request contact. Submitting information through this website is not a substitute for contacting your bank or payment provider, and it does not by itself stop a transaction, freeze an account or recover funds.

If you believe fraud is in progress, contact your bank or payment provider immediately using a number, application or branch you have verified yourself.

Where a formal claim process applies to you, the requirements for making a valid claim are set out in your policy documents and product terms. Information submitted through this website does not constitute a formal claim notification unless we confirm that it has been accepted as one.

Wimika will never ask you for your password, PIN or one-time passcode, through this website or by any other means.

6. Information you provide to us

Where you submit information through this website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you are entitled to provide it.

Please do not submit information that you do not want us to receive, and do not include passwords, PINs, one-time passcodes or full payment card details in any message.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Notice.

• use this website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system;

We may restrict or withdraw access to the website where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, we would like to hear from you. Please report it tosupport@wimika.ng with "Security" in the subject line, and allow us a reasonable period to investigate and respond before disclosing it publicly. Please do not access, alter or delete data belonging to others while investigating.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout and software, is owned by Wimika or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

"Wimika" and "MoneyGuard", together with the associated logos, are marks of Wimika RMS Technologies Limited. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You may view, download and print content from this website for your own information or internal business evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, adaptation or distribution, requires our written permission.

This website may link to websites, applications or resources operated by others, including application stores. Those links are provided for convenience.
