Stop it when you can. Resolve it when you cannot.

The protection lifecycle
Protection activated
ACTIVEMoneyGuard runs quietly in the background alongside the protected banking or fintech app, monitoring context, device integrity, and transaction behaviour.
Risk evaluated in real time
EVALUATINGWhen a transaction is initiated, our engine assesses the risk. We look for indicators of coercion, remote access, known malicious destinations, or abnormal patterns.
The right action taken
WARNINGIf high risk is detected, MoneyGuard warns the customer or triggers step-up verification or a transaction control, which the bank or payment provider executes. The customer receives a clear warning and guidance on what to do next, rather than a generic error code.
Incident reported
REPORTEDIf a customer is affected by a covered fraud scenario, they report it through the designated channel: the MoneyGuard app or incident form for direct users, or their institution's reporting route if MoneyGuard came through their bank or fintech.
Eligibility assessed
DECIDEDA governed process determines whether the incident meets the coverage conditions. We aim to give an eligibility decision within 48 hours for at least 80% of reported incidents. No silence.
Approved claim reimbursed
CR · PAIDWhere a claim is approved, funds are reimbursed to the customer's account within seven days for eligible losses, subject to applicable cover limits, exclusions and policy terms.
Important
MoneyGuard supports and complements the security controls of banks and payment providers. It does not replace the customer's duty to protect credentials, act on warnings and report incidents promptly.
Target eligibility decisions within 48 hours for at least 80% of reported incidents. Reimbursement applies to fraud losses eligible under the applicable cover and is subject to cover limits, exclusions and policy terms. The seven-day period begins when the fraud incident is reported through the designated reporting channel.
